Claire Hodges is an Artist from Austin, Texas. She began her early dance training at Willow Tree Dance where her primary focus was ballet. In middle school, Claire joined her drill team where she served as an officer and began her journey into the drill team world. In high school, she was a member of the Celebrities Dance/Drill team, the MÜV Dance and Fitness competition team “FLÜID,” and the MÜVs pre-professional ballet company “KÜPE.” Claire attended Kilgore College and earned her Associates degree in Fine Arts in Dance in addition to an Associates of Science degree. While at Kilgore, she had the privilege of becoming a member of the World Famous Kilgore College Rangerettes, at which time she had many wonderful opportunities such as performing in the Birmingham England International Tattoo, Virginia International Tattoo, Cotton Bowl halftime show, as well as many Texas performances and appearances. Claire has worked with several renowned choreographers including Afton Fox Beatles, Casey Potter, Taylor Duff, Angela Aulds, and many more. During her time as a Rangerette, she also had the privilege of working closely with Drill Team legends, Dana Blair and Shelley Wayne. Claire is continuing her Dance Studies at Texas Christian University pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Modern Dance. She is one of only four modern dance majors exclusively selected for her incoming class. While being an emerging artist today, Claire is working with numerous Texas Drill Teams and is contracting her choreography as she pursues a full-time professional dancing career.
